Our Favorite Recipes From the Quarantine 2020/2021
This year, we’ve all spent more time in the kitchen. Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing, we’ve all picked up new favorite dishes and experimented with new recipes and cooking techniques. Here at American Home USA, we’ve added some very special new kitchen accessories to our kitchen cabinets. Here are our absolute favorite recipes of the “quarantine”!
Easy Baked Omelet Muffins — These have become a staple in our homes. Easy, fun, and yummy, these protein-packed omelet muffins, or baked mini omelets, are a perfect breakfast for busy mornings. Make a batch ahead and freeze for the days when you don't have time for your typical bowl of oatmeal. You can also serve these fresh with fruit salad for a simple weekend brunch. Check out the recipe here.
Our favorite pairing? We are absolutely loving our new USA Oven Mitt -- which makes cooking these omelet muffins easy, fun, and safe!
Pesto Potato and Burrata Pizza — Make-your-own-pizza night is always a crowd pleaser. And this one is just to die for. It’s a mix of winter comfort food with a hint of spring, and we are loving every bite. But with a pizza covered in basil pesto, thinly sliced potatoes, and burrata cheese, what on Earth is not to love? Every bite is DELICIOUS. Check out the recipe here
Make it a duo with our gorgeous USA Table Napkins - presentation always matters when it comes to pizza!
Southern Style Creamy Parmesan Chicken Pasta — This is as mouth watering as it sounds. We’ve made this a couple times during quarantine and it’s been a fun and fulfilling meal that everyone loves. Check out the recipe here.
Spaghetti Squash with Roasted Tomatoes, Beans, and Almond Pesto — For those lighter nights where you want something yummy but healthy as well! This is fulling and bright and keeps your energy up! We love all the tastes and different textures. Check out the recipe here.
S’mores Bake Casserole — You didn’t think we forgot about dessert, did you? This is by far our family favorite - everyone can get on board and it’s EASY. Takes about 10 min to prep and 10 min to cool. Check out the recipe here.
This can get messy - so whoever is on clean up duty is really going to love our new USA Dish Towels to help cut that clean up time in half.
Stay tuned for more fun, easy recipes that the whole family will love (and our best USA kitchen products to pair them with)!
